Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your badges, but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we can try to work with you to make it right again.
As all our products are customised to your design, no order can be returned for a refund if you have changed your mind or the order arrived later than you expected. If you order a service that is guaranteed to arrive on time but doesn’t, you are entitled to a refund of the extra charge you paid for the faster service excluding the cost of the badges. You can get a refund on your order if we have made a mistake, such the printed the wrong design or the colours are completely different from the design you sent. If the item is faulty, (ie badges falling apart, design has a fault on it) we will also refund the returns postage as well as the relevant initial postage charge (if any).
It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy what we get sent for item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP to email@example.com and providing the badges are not in production we can attempt to change the order.
Please send your item(s) back in their original packaging, to the following address, including any invoice/order form to help us identify your order. You must contact us before returning an item.

We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
